NOTE

1. All International and Thai participant payment can be made by Bank transfer ONLY, sorry for your inconvenient.
2. Please be noted that all transaction fees should be covered by the remitter so that the amount TSB 2022 Secretarial receives is no lesser than the total due.

Confirmation of Registration:
A letter confirming your registration will be emailed to you once you have completed registration online and made the appropriate payment. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the confirmation e-mail, please contact the Registration Secretariat at tsb2022@kmutt.ac.th.

Cancellation:
Remittances will not be refunded upon cancellation.

9. Fees : 0.25% of the total amount (minimum fee of 200 baht and a maximum fee of 500 baht). However, an intermediary bank (between the sending bank and Bangkok Bank) may also deduct an additional handling fee before sending funds to Bangkok Bank.

Payment Verification

Once the payment is completed, please submit proofs to the system for verification:

Proof of student status (User: Student) and/or proof of Member (User: Member).

If no proof is provided, you will be considered as a non-member and will have to pay a full price (User: Non-member).
People who register as ‘Attendee Only’ cannot submit journals

Proof of payment e.g., pay-in-slip with precise date and time. In case of making payments through mobile applications or internet banking, please provide proof of payment.

Name, surname, and address for issuing a receipt.

Your abstract’s title and reference number.

Name, surname, address, and contact number for postal service (for people living in Thailand only)

Please submit the information listed above as .zip file through the submission system at the menu “Payment” block “Payment Inform”

Payment Result

Your status will be updated within 3-4 working days. After receiving all data needed.
